Consultancy
We believe in forming relationships with our clients, so the first step is a meeting where we get to know each other. We need to establish how far along you are in your preparations and we need to get a feel for the type of wedding or ceremony you are planning. We’ll discuss ideas and budgets and will tell you how we can help make your special day a reality. Heart2Heart Weddings will help you to devise a budget and the essential personalised Wedding 'To Do' List to ensure that every detail is considered. Our consultation fee is €300 countrywide whereby we will meet you at a location that is convenient for you. If you would like to come and meet with us our consultation fee is €250.
Thereafter we can meet with you on a consultancy basis as often or as seldom as you require offering advice on every aspect of your wedding.
Venue Finding
The most challenging and critical decision you need to make is finding the perfect venue that suits you and your budget. Heart2Heart Weddings will do the research and ground work for you. We will contact the venues, ensure your chosen date is available and negotiate the best package for you. We will save you money and offer expert advice that will ensure you achieve the venue of your dreams.
Supplier Support
Why not tap into our knowledge and expertise when deciding what suppliers you need for your special day? With our extensive supplier network we can remove the stress from this daunting task. We will ensure that all suppliers offer you exceptional quality and value on their services. With Heart2Heart Weddings you have the support of a dedicated team who know about weddings and all the hidden costs involved. We charge a flat fee of €150 per supplier taking all the ground work, phone calls and negotiations off your plate.
